This home video series designed as a compilation of animated folk tales and folk songs presented by an animated anchor ‘Twinkle’ was initially brought out in 2005 after one year of its broadcast in the Malayalam television channel Kairali, and contained stories from Panchatantra and Aesop fables. Later volumes were compiled from the rich folk tale tradition of India panning different States. Manchadi has five seasons of 40 minutes plus episodes and has been translated to several Indian languages.

Pupi is our first effort in creating original content for children with a conscious effort for value addition besides entertainment. Pupi, a cute little puppy, explores the world around him, learns many new things and befriends many in his journey. Pupi demonstrated to us that stories work well to communicate science to kids. Pupi brought us State and national awards and entered the competition sections of several international film festivals.

Kathu has its origin in stories and songs based on family values. Kathu is a small kitten living with her family and friends in a quiet place. The stories unfold the pranks of Kathu and explore virtues of life, essential for growing up, with songs and musicals in between. Kathu won the State TV award for best short film for children in 2011. Kathu 4, released in December 2020, is our first production to be premiered on YouTube as short webisodes and marks our complete migration to digital platforms. The whole production was later streamed live on YouTube

Banu+Bablu is based on the preliminary concept of mathematics. The two little heroes are eager to learn maths so that they can help their parents at home. This is the first title we had created entirely using motion capture. It was also our last production to be released as a VCD/DVD. The first volume was followed by a single webisode during the Christmas of 2019 and was well-received as it unravelled the mystery of Bablu’s adoption by Banu’s family.
